Products and Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate. However, minor differences may occur, particularly in colours, packaging, or appearance.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable or incorrectly priced.
Orders
Submitting an order does not mean that it has been accepted. An order is confirmed only after we verify the payment and send you an order confirmation.
We may decline or cancel an order where:
- Payment has not been received or cannot be verified
- A product is unavailable
- The order information is incomplete or incorrect
- We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
If payment has already been received for an order we cannot fulfil, the amount paid will be refunded.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made by direct bank transfer using the bank details provided during checkout or in the order email. Please use your order number as the payment reference.
Your order will not be processed until the payment has been received and verified. You may be asked to provide proof of payment.
Collection or Delivery
The available collection or delivery arrangements will be communicated through the website, checkout page, or order confirmation.
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Orders marked for collection must be collected within the period communicated to you.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Merchandise Conditions
By placing an order, you confirm that the product selection, quantities and contact details you provide are accurate.
Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and verified. Stock is reserved when an order is placed. Bank transfer orders not paid within 48 hours are cancelled automatically and the items released. Limited-edition items are available while stock lasts.
All Centenary merchandise is subject to stock availability, confirmed payment, supplier capacity and production schedules. Product images and digital mock-ups are indicative only, and the final colour, finish, dimensions, branding placement and packaging may vary slightly.
Collection and expected dates are estimates and may change due to production or supplier circumstances. We will email you when your items are ready for collection.
Please inspect your items on collection or delivery and report any apparent manufacturing defect promptly through the official OBU merchandise contact channel. Damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, extreme weather, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions is not covered.
The OBU reserves the right to amend product specifications, pricing, availability, collection arrangements or delivery schedules without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including text, logos, photographs, graphics, and design elements, belong to or are used with permission by the St. Peter’s College Old Boys’ Union.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use website content without prior written permission.
