Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
An order may be cancelled and refunded if it has not yet been processed, prepared, collected, or dispatched. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
Bank transfer orders that are not paid within 48 hours of being placed are cancelled automatically and the items released. If you have already made the transfer, please contact us with your transfer slip.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging, where applicable
After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Change-of-Mind Returns
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted only if:
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- The product is unused and in its original condition
- The original packaging, labels, and included items are intact
- Proof of purchase is provided
The customer is responsible for any cost involved in returning the product unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Non-Refundable Items
Unless required by law, refunds or returns may not be available for:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Perishable products
- Digital products that have already been supplied
- Event tickets, registrations, donations, or membership payments
- Products damaged through misuse or improper handling
- Products returned without their original packaging or included items
- Minor variations in colour, finish, print placement, branding placement or packaging that are within normal manufacturing tolerances
- Damage caused by accidental breakage, extreme weather (for example, high winds), normal wear and tear, or failure to follow reasonable care instructions
Any product-specific conditions shown in the product disclaimer on the product page at the time of purchase will also apply.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will normally be made by bank transfer. You may be asked to provide the account holder’s name, bank name, branch, and account number.
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after approval. The time taken for the funds to appear may depend on the receiving bank.
Unavailable Products
If a product becomes unavailable after payment has been received, we will offer an alternative product or a full refund.
